You must provide accurate personal information when registering. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. VaultShip UK may refuse or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Once approved, you will receive a unique UK shipping address. You may use this address for online shopping, marketplace purchases, and parcel forwarding.
You may not use the address for illegal goods, fraudulent activity, business registrations, or mail unrelated to parcel forwarding.
VaultShip UK charges a receiving fee per parcel:
£1 per package under 250g
£2 per package up to 500g

£4 per package up to 2kg
£5 per package over 2kg
These fees cover handling, processing, and parcel intake.
If no new packages are received within 365 days of the last package, items will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of, donated, or sold to recover costs.
Don't worry - we will reach out before any action is taken. We're here to support the hobby.
Forwarding costs depend on weight, dimensions, destination country, and courier service selected. You will always see the forwarding price before payment.
