What’s the consolidation fee?

£1 per package weighing less than 250g
£2 per package weighing up to 500g
£3 per package weighing up to 1kg
£4 per package weighing up to 2kg
£5 per package weighing 2kg+

How do I register?

Complete the registration form on our registration page.
Once approved, you’ll receive your personal UK shipping address.

Is it free to open an account?

Yes! Accounts and storage is FREE.

Do you charge a handling or processing fee when I request a shipment?

No, all shipment requests are processed free of charge during our launch phase!

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

This depends on the value of your shipment - your country may charge customs duties or taxes when your parcel arrives if over a certain value. We complete customs forms using the details you provide; please contact us if you have any questions.

Do you only ship within the UK?

Nope! We ship worldwide; tracked options available to anywhere in the world.
